The seat has an ergonomically-shaped cushion for extra comfort, and the noiseless ball bearings will give you a smooth balance. You can easily regulate the resistance by changing the amount of water you pour in; each WaterRower machine is designed with a dynamic system. The resistance is powered by the force of the stroke.
